tanmoy goswami: managing editor
A postgraduate in English Literature from St Stephen’s College, Delhi University,
Tanmoy has previously worked as humanities editor with non-native writers of English
researching in foreign universities, at Cactus Communications, Mumbai. He has also
worked with HSBC Global Banking and Markets, Bengaluru, as Business Research Editor.
At HSBC, he led award-winning learning and development initiatives and spearheaded
the creation of the Global Editorial Forum. Tanmoy specializes in mentoring practicing
and aspiring managers on effective communication. He has also been awarded for his
fiction.
poornima subramanian: deputy editor
Poornima Subramanian holds a double degree in interior design and literature. She
believes that management is akin to a blueprint with unlimited scope for innovation
and improvization within its boundaries. A postgraduate from Symbiosis Institute
of Journalism and Mass Communication, she has been with The Smart Manager for nearly
five years and enjoys the thrill of working on a magazine that challenges and pushes
to constantly learn and upgrade her own skill sets.
sabiha ghiasi: senior assistant editor
Sabiha holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Mumbai. She has been with The Smart Manager since early 2012, and has previously worked on four business magazines published by Worldwide Media (joint venture between The Times of India and BBC).
nilesh juvalekar: designer
Skilled in creative thinking and visualizing, Nilesh has been The Smart Manager’s
illustration and layout artist for the past three years. He holds a multimedia diploma
and is also proficient in web designing. Nilesh has previously worked with Mid-Day.
milind parkar: designer
With a diploma in MCArts, Milind has more than fourteen years’ experience in
designing and printing. Apart from handling layouts for The Smart Manager, Milind
is responsible for designing Spenta Multimedia’s leading custom magazines, including
Jetwings Domestic, Flylite and Focus International.
