India is at the heart of the Group’s Rightshoring ® strategy, both in the short and long term. It is the single largest unit in the Group and will build on that position in the coming years. Having said that, there is a definite place for nearshore centers and we continue to invest in them; for example, centers in Guatemala, Argentina and Chile to address the Latin American market as well as certain parts of North America. I expect we will add a few more. We recently opened one in Charlotte in the USA to cater to some specific financial services clients. I think these nearshore and offshore centers will actually enhance the value of a global delivery model and eventually help the overall growth of the company and growth in India.
