Syyed Abbas was spearheading a popular movement against corruption in India. Though the cause was noble, the methods that he used to bring home the point was criticized. Over a period of time, the movement lost steam and failed to maintain the momentum. Against this context, the case seeks to analyze the priority of the leader—whether it is about meeting unmet needs or exercising caution about the method without getting carried away by the intended outcome.
